All of our items are shipped out of Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post services. Your local postal company will be the ones to deliver your order (USPS, NZPost, etc.) You will be able to put your tracking number into their website.

All sales are final, we don't offer cancellations or refunds currently. However, in special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange.

By the off chance we do accept a return or exchange, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the return cost of shipping to us. We will however cover the cost of shipping you out a new product.
