All sales are final, we don't offer cancellations or refunds currently. However, in special circumstances such as receiving a damaged product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent to the customer. Photo proof of the damaged product is required to validate and complete the transaction for an exchange.
By the off chance we do accept a return or exchange, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the return cost of shipping to us. We will however cover the cost of shipping you out a new product.
