Yes, we offer free shipping for orders that are over $150USD. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available during sales periods.
Being a small business we pay a lot out of pocket for shipping so during sales periods we cannot offer it.
We try to offer shipping to as many locations as possible.
Being in Australia, some countries just aren't available to ship to. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please reach out & we will do our best to come to a solution.

No - Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds & exchanges currently but it is something we're hoping to offer in the future.

By the off chance we do accept a return or exchange, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the return cost of shipping to us. We will however cover the cost of shipping you out a new product.
